• Weekly private sessions (or 2 sessions per week according to your emotional needs).
• Regulate anxiety, grief, anger, and emotional overwhelm
• Reiki & Crystal Healing Sessions for deep energetic balance (Up to 3 sessions during the 3-month journey—because your spirit needs care too.)

• Daily text access for ongoing support. Daily communication to monitor progress, answer quick questions or simply hold your hand.
• 15-minute weekly alignment call. 1 complementary 15-minute crisis call per week for 15 weeks. Great for those “I can’t breathe” moments when clarity is needed immediately!
