About Yanira

I was born and raised in El Salvador, Central America. Circumstances brought me to the United States at a very young age. At the age of 6, I was separated from my mother, and went to live with my father and his wife. My childhood was challenging but now I see that life was preparing me for the upcoming years...

I became a teenager and I felt the difficult “things” would stop by running away, so I did. In pursuit of a better life, I ended up in a violent relationship, became pregnant and lived in that situation for a few years. When I found the courage to leave him, and thought that I could start a new life, my son was taken from me by his father and missed him dearly for over a decade. Fortunately, I was able to reconnect and live with my son again after many years.

Later in life, I married someone who seemed genuine, but something was missing. We both realized that we were not meant for each other, so I got divorced. We wasted almost two decades hoping that things “will get better with time”. Divorce was hard but at the end it was the best decision for the both of us. Through all these circumstances, I was certain that the rain was going to stop at some point, and I was going to be able to see the rainbow.  I told myself “everything happens for a reason”.

Life in the United States has been challenging but I have had fulfilling experiences. I started working for a divorce attorney back in 1998, who gave me the opportunity to work at his office even though I had no experience. I found out that I was passionate and successful helping the clients going through a divorce, separation, loss of children, and the emotions that divorce brings, considering I had experienced them. I was able to give them a word of hope and empathize with their situation.

My words of hope have helped people to see the many possibilities that life offers when we see the good side of things. I am grateful to have lived through it all, so now I can help others find solutions to their problems. In 2012, I decided to get my certification as a Life Coach to learn more and continue to help people that are not just going through divorce, but also need to be heard, healed and guided to discover their true potential.

After an amazing personal healing experience, I also got my certification as a Reiki practitioner. This has brought peace and balance to my life. At the same time, I learned that we can use our bodies’ own energy to heal ourselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Interacting with clients for over 20 years has prepared me to understand many situations. My life changed thanks to a positive attitude. I enjoy being a Life Coach and helping anybody whenever they need. I also found the relationship I had always dreamed of with a wonderful man whom I love with all my heart and he loves me back. I thank God every day for all the blessings he sends my way, but most of all for having peace in my heart and the gift of helping others. I hope you give me the opportunity to help you to see a better tomorrow.

Life prepares us to learn things that we can be able to teach others. Thanks to my life experiences, now I can understand, sympathize, guide and empower you.
