ABOUT ME

“Let it hurt. Let it bleed.
Let it heal. Let it go.”

– Nikita Gill

I was born and raised in El Salvador, Central America, and came to the United States at a young age. At just six years old, I was separated from my mother and went to live with my father and his wife. My childhood was difficult — but now I see it as preparation for the strength I would need in the years ahead.

As a teenager, my home life became unbearable. In an effort to escape, I ran away — only to find myself in a violent relationship. I became a young mother, and for several years, I lived in fear. When I finally found the courage to leave, I believed I was starting over — but soon after, my son was taken from me. I missed him deeply for over a decade, until life brought us back together again.

Later, I married someone who seemed like the right partner at the time. But after many years of trying to “make it work,” we realized we weren’t meant to be. Divorce was painful, but ultimately freeing. We had spent nearly two decades hoping the relationship would change — but letting go was the most loving choice we could make.

Through it all, I held onto the belief that the rain would eventually stop and the rainbow would appear. I told myself, “Everything happens for a reason.” And that belief became the foundation of the work I do today.

“My journey taught me how to guide others through heartbreak, change, and healing — and now I’m here to walk beside you.”

Just because your past did not turn out like you wanted it to, it does not mean your future can’t be better than you ever imagined.

After a life-changing Reiki session that brought deep personal healing, I knew I wanted others to experience that same transformation. I became a certified Reiki practitioner and began using this gentle yet powerful modality in my coaching sessions when appropriate.

This experience opened new doors. In 2012, I earned my Life Coach Certification so I could support not only those navigating divorce, but anyone who needs to be heard, guided, and reminded of their true worth.

Life teaches us lessons so we can one day teach others. As a Reiki practitioner, I’ve learned how the body’s own energy can support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. As a coach, I’ve seen how words of hope can shift a person’s outlook — helping them rediscover what’s good and possible in life.

Because of what I’ve lived through, I’m able to understand, support, and empower my clients on a deeper level.

There is always hope! Life is still beautiful. And remember:
“When One Door Closes, Another One Opens.”

Certification: With over 20 years of experience supporting clients through divorce, I explain the entire process — from beginning to end — in clear, simple terms. I’m also a Certified Life Coach, trained to help you navigate emotional challenges both related and unrelated to divorce.

Networking Support: Over the years, I’ve built strong connections with trusted attorneys and mediators. I’m happy to refer you to professionals who are a good fit for your situation.

With me as your coach, you’ll receive guidance throughout the divorce process and support for the life changes ahead. Most importantly, you won’t have to go through it alone.
